What this policy covers
This policy covers how Archel Play handles the personal and anonymous information we collect and receive. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name or email address, and is not otherwise publicly available.
Archel Play is not responsible for the actions of third-party individuals or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or the products or services they may offer.
What We Collect
We automatically collect general information such as your in-game activity, device ID, MAC address, advertising ID, OpenUDID, Facebook ID, IMEI number, hardware type, operating system (“OS”) version and location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). This information helps us determine trends in the use of our service. It may also be used for customer service purposes and to resolve problems.
The data we collect in this manner is anonymous and does not include personal or other information stored on your device or computer that is not related to our services.
We may also obtain other information from you through an email exchange for customer service purposes or on our social networking page.
How we use the information we collect
Archel Play uses information for the following purposes: improving the quality of our services, customer service, marketing and research. We do not use your data for any purpose other than to help us build better applications, websites and customer services.
The data we process using a third-party tool is anonymized as aggregate information. It does not allow us to track or identify you personally.
How do we collect information?
To improve our service within our app, we use various third-party tools that collect data. These third parties are used for the following purposes: collecting analytical information about user experience, sending notifications, sending personalized advertisements and managing payment transactions.
These third parties include Google Play Services, App Store Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage, OneSignal, Facebook Connect, Admob, Unity Ads, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource, AppLovin, MoPub.
These third parties may have access to your personal information in connection with our service. These third party tools share some data with us. In most cases, it is in the form of aggregated information that does not allow us to identify you personally.
A list of third party privacy policies is included at the end of this document.
We may also obtain other information from you through an email exchange for customer service purposes or through our social networking page.
How to withdraw your consent
For our applications, you can withdraw your consent from the application settings menu under the data privacy category. You can also withdraw your consent by enabling the “Limit ad tracking” setting on iOS devices or the “Disable ad personalization” setting on Android devices.
If you sign in to the service with Facebook Connect in some of our services, we collect only a Facebook ID. This allows us to help you with support if you have a problem and contact us. Facebook Connect will also give us, in aggregate form, personal information about our users. This information does not allow us to identify you. It helps us collect analytical data about our users.
We will never collect information about what you like, share and post on Facebook. We will only access this information in an anonymized form.
We use Admob, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, MoPub and Facebook Ads for advertising. They may target their advertising based on data they have previously collected from you. They may also collect and use information about you, including platform, application and operating system version, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, etc. They may also collect information related to the performance of their service, such as how many times an advertisement is displayed, how many advertisements were viewed, etc.
We use both session and persistent cookies on the Service and we use different types of cookies to run the Service. In addition to our own cookies, we may also use various third-parties cookies to report usage statistics of the Service, deliver advertisements on and through the Service, and so on.
Information sharing and confidentiality
We limit access to personal information we collect about you to employees and contractors who we believe need to use this information to contact you or do their jobs [With a usage restricted to what this privacy is defining].
Except for third-party tools, we might provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of Archel Play. These companies or persons may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers. However, these companies or persons do not have any independent right to share this information, nor are they permitted to keep or store that information.
We will never sell or give away your personal information. They might be only used for the purposes previously stated.
How long do we retain your personal data
We retain personal data as long as you have an open account with us or as otherwise necessary to provide the Services to you and improve the Services for all users generally. We might still hold data afterward in a depersonalized form that will in no way allow us to identify you personally.
Note that we will erase emails we received to our support every two years.
We might retain personal data longer in some cases if we have to, to comply with legal obligation: for example in the case of a court conflict.
How can you control your personal information you share using our service?
When accessing our service, we automatically inform you about the information we collect and with whom we share them. We offer you the possibility to tailor the data you agree to share.
If you want to know the information we collected about you, or if you want us to delete any personal information we collected about you, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the main object “Personal Data”, detailing your request.
We will do our best to remove every personal information in our hands. Note that some information might remain under the form of aggregated data, which won’t allow us to identify you personally. Also, we won’t be responsible for the information shared with a third party service.
About data security
We are working with tools offering standard data protection and encryption. We are committed to never store unnecessary information about you on our server and on the tool we use. As we store very little personal information about our users, the risk of personal information leak on our side is highly narrowed.
However, we cannot guarantee you we will never face an unauthorized entry into our database, software or hardware that may compromise your data.
